This Privacy Policy explains how Albamount (“we”) processes personal data when you use www.albamount.xyz and the Albamount Android application (a secure browser shell for the same service).

Who we are

What we collect

• Account data: nickname, email, password hash, account type, verification status, ALBA balance and related history.
• User content: listings (text, contacts, photos, optional video/link), comments/chat on cards, votes.
• Technical data: cookies/session (including authentication JWT), language preference, guest identifier for voting, approximate device/browser info needed to run the site and app.
• Messages you send via Contact us (name, email, subject, text).

Why we use data

To provide the catalog and accounts, moderate listings, prevent abuse, send verification and password-reset emails, improve reliability and security, and respond to support requests. Legal bases include contract performance and legitimate interests in operating a safe marketplace.

Processors and sharing

We use infrastructure providers (hosting/database), email delivery (SMTP), and Cloudinary for image hosting. We do not sell your personal data. Data may be disclosed if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we permanently remove the account and associated content we control (including listings, photos we host, comments, and related records), except where we must retain limited records for legal or security reasons.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, or deletion. In the app/site you can delete your account in My account (password + confirmation). You can also contact support@albamount.xyz. Password reset is available only for verified emails.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Do not create an account if you are under that age.
