Publication rules
Effective 5 September 2026
By publishing a card on Albamount you confirm that you have read these rules and are fully responsible for texts, photos, videos, links, and contacts. A violation may lead to rejection or blocking of the card, and in case of repeated or serious violations — to blocking of the account.
1. What you may publish
- Honest Buy/Sell listings and descriptions of real services.
- Your own photos and videos, or materials you have the right to use.
- Up-to-date contact details for buyers or clients.
2. What is prohibited
You must not publish any materials that:
- infringe the rights of other people or organizations: someone else’s photos or videos without permission, trademarks and brands you do not have the right to use, personal data, defamation, insults;
- advertise alcohol or alcoholic beverages;
- advertise tobacco, nicotine, e-cigarettes, vapes, or smoking mixtures;
- contain indecent, pornographic, or erotic content, violence, or hate speech;
- involve fraud, prohibited goods or services, or attempts to bypass moderation.
3. Card and account blocking
The administration may reject a card, take it down, or block it without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in account blocking. If a paid card is rejected while still pending, ALBA is returned; published or blocked cards are not refunded.
4. Publication terms
- A free card stays in the catalog for 7 days after moderator approval, then it is unpublished.
- A card published with ALBA stays in the catalog for 1 month. If you allowed auto-debit and have 30 ALBA, the term extends automatically. Otherwise renewal is another payment and a new publication.
- You may edit an approved card for free within 24 hours. After that, changes are only possible by creating a new card.
5. Responsibility
You guarantee that your content is lawful. Albamount does not review every card for every possible violation and may remove material after a complaint or a moderator decision.
6. Questions
If a card was rejected or blocked by mistake, contact us through the “Contact us” form.
