By using Albamount (website and Android app) you agree to these Terms.

The service

Albamount is an online catalog for services and buy/sell listings. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and use only one account unless we allow otherwise. You may delete your account in My account; deletion removes your account and related content as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

You are responsible for listings, photos, contacts, and messages you publish. You grant us a license to host and display that content to operate the catalog. Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

Publication rules

Listings must follow the Publication Rules: https://www.albamount.xyz/rules. We may reject, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate the rules.

Mobile app

The Android app displays the Albamount website in a dedicated shell. The same Terms and Privacy Policy apply. Sideloaded APK builds outside Google Play are provided at your own risk until a Play listing is available.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We are not a party to deals between users. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the catalog.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The date above shows the latest revision.
